Here are the plugins you will need to experience Facebook™ in a new way.

Why the plugins?

Your Facebook™ profile page is never actually altered.

Instead, the plugins contact our servers when showing a Facebook™ profile to see if the profile's owner setup a layout or skin for others to see. Without the plugins, Facebook™ will act and look like it always has.

You do not need to register here to use the plugins. You may want the plugins to see the layouts or skins others have wanted to share with their friends.

How to install for Internet Explorer

Just download and run fbstyles.exe.
Follow it through (bunch of next buttons), and at the end when you see the last screen and a finish button, it is installed.
Start up internet explorer and go see some Facebook™ profiles.

How to install for Firefox

1. Click on fbstyles.xpi to start the install.
2. You will likely see a notice in a bar across the top of the page:

If this happens:
a. Click the "Edit Options" button. A window will popup with a title of "Allowed Sites - Add-ons Installation" or something similar.
b. In the textbox under "Address of website" enter www.layoutfever.com if it is not already filled in, and click the "Allow" button.
c. Now click the fbstyles.xpi link again to start the installation.

3. Click the "Install Now" button in the "Software Installation" window that pops up.
4. Restart the browser for Firefox to pickup the plugin.
5. Go visit some Facebook™ profiles.
